Having a widespread career in the Insurance business, Pete Moore joined Franklin Street Insurance Services in 2008. As Managing Director, he focuses on designing creative program structures for property owners across the country, each specifically designed for the client’s individual portfolio. Mr. Moore manages a team of dedicated insurance professionals handling more than 30,000 apartment units and 10 million square feet in retail, office, and industrial space.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Moore managed his own agency, Commercial Insurance Solutions. He also had an eight-year tenure as a Nationwide insurance agent, where he specialized in apartments and condos. His commercial insurance experience focused on workers compensation‚ liability‚ auto, and property coverage for all types of clients – from artisan contractors to vending machine installers. Mr. Moore began his career in banking, specializing in residential mortgages.

Mr. Moore attended the University of South Florida and is licensed in 18 states.
