Richard Jones II serves as an Investment Associate for Franklin Street Real Estate Services, specializing in multifamily brokerage with a focus on properties throughout Georgia. Mr. Jones is responsible for the research and financial analysis of properties as well as the preparation of offering memorandums, pricing analysis proposals, and additional marketing materials for listings. He also is heavily involved in orchestrating property tours and on-site inspections of multifamily assets.
Previously at Franklin Street, Mr. Jones served as an Associate for Management Services where he led the management of commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Jones worked with Aerotek, Land Venture Group, and Craig, Gaulden & Davis Architects.
Mr. Jones graduated from Furman University with a Bachelors of Science in Structural Design. He also is a licensed Real Estate Salesman in the state of Georgia.
