Mr. Ames has overseen the underwriting and marketing for more than $500 million-worth of multifamily properties. His ability to spot trends and create high value for his clients helped close more than 25 transactions in 2012 – exceeding $70 million-worth of multifamily properties. Mr. Ames embraces the Franklin Street collaborative platform, allowing him to give value-added services with the highest exposure possible to his clients. This collaborative approach has become a leading approach in the investment sales industry.
Being very involved in the real estate community, Mr. Ames regularly attends industry events and has advanced his education and training by attending industry courses and seminars.
Mr. Ames graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
