Rafeal Wright is a retail Investment Associate for Franklin Street Real Estate Services with a focus on properties in West and Central Florida. His experience and understanding of retail properties and markets has given him the ability to serve clients with top professionalism and customer service.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Wright worked as a Leasing Representative for Gulf Coast Commercial – a local retail representation firm. He has represented several national outfits, regional brands, and many locals as well. Despite threatening market conditions and a dim retailer outlook, he leased and sold nearly 200,000 square feet of retail space within 24 months. He also has assisted numerous private investors in maintaining property values.
Mr. Wright graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of the National Association of Realtors, and is a licensed Associate Broker in the state of Florida.
