During his career, Mac McCall has developed strong relationships with some of the largest private developers of single-tenant properties in the Southeast. As a Regional Managing Partner for Franklin Street Real Estate Services, he specializes in the sale of single-tenant and retail properties, focusing on helping clients achieve maximum value on the sale of their properties.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. McCall was a Senior Investment Associate with Marcus and Millichap and was the top agent in the firm’s Atlanta office for three of four years. He also was a Top 20 Producer nationwide three times for the National Retail Group. Throughout his career, Mr. McCall has exclusively listed or sold more than 400 properties valued at more than $900 million.
Mr. McCall has earned Franklin Street’s Sales Achievement award for the last three years and was a Top Earner for 2012. He also was the first qualifier for Franklin Street’s Rewards Trip in 2012 for outstanding sales. In 2011, Mr. McCall received the company’s highly honorable Franklin Street award and Franklin Street’s Largest Brokerage Fee as well as its Leadership award in 2010.
Based in Franklin Street’s Atlanta office, Mr. McCall earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a focus in Real Estate from Clemson University. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association.
